3Account Registration

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits at vb999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vb999 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• vb999 does not impose deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

5Withdrawals

vb999 aims to process all withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. These timeframes assume that all KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount at vb999 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods that match the account holder's name. You cannot withdraw to a wallet or bank account belonging to someone else.
• Before your first withdrawal, vb999 may require full KYC documentation to be submitted and approved. This is a one-time process per account.

Universal Bonus Rules

• Only one deposit-linked bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Bonus funds are separate from real cash funds. When wagering, real cash is used first unless your account balance consists entirely of bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements at vb999 are applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, this is the universal calculation method.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided if a player attempts to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 1,000 per spin/bet unless otherwise specified. Bets above this limit during bonus play may result in bonus voidance.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, using exploits, or colluding with others — will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

7Cricket Betting Rules

General Cricket Betting Rules

• All bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.
• Match winner bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or host board). vb999 does not accept responsibility for errors in official scorecards but will correct settlements if an official result is subsequently revised within 72 hours.
• For in-play bets, all markets are settled on the specific event they reference. A bet on "next over runs" is settled on the completion of that over regardless of any subsequent match events.

Rain & Abandoned Match Rules

• If a match is reduced by rain and a DLS result is officially declared, match winner bets are settled according to the DLS outcome.
• If a match is abandoned without a result (no DLS result declared), all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned in full.
• In-play bets on events that were completed before a match was abandoned are settled on the actual outcome of those events. In-play bets on events that had not yet occurred at the time of abandonment are voided.
• Bets on total runs, top scorer, and other non-outcome markets in an abandoned match are voided unless at least the minimum number of overs specified in the market rules have been completed.

Dispute Period

Disputes regarding cricket bet settlements must be raised with vb999 support within 72 hours of settlement. After this window, all settled bets are considered final and accepted by the player.

8Live Casino & Games Rules

vb999 provides access to live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and others) and RNG-based slot and fishing games from certified providers. The following rules apply across all gaming categories.

• All live casino games at vb999 are streamed from licensed studio environments using independently certified random processes.
